Subprocessors

Cerebe LLC, 701 Brazos Street, Austin, TX 78701. Patrick Jean, for Cerebe LLC. Governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Revised 12 October 2026.

This is the list the DPA points at. It names the companies that process repository content or account data for the hosted service. Questions go to hi@cerebe.ai.

Default review path

On the default path, repository content for a review is sent to Amazon Web Services and to Google.

Company Role Place
Amazon Web Services, Inc. Model inference on Amazon Bedrock. Receives repository content for a review. United States
Google LLC Model inference on Google Cloud, and hosting of the service. Receives repository content for a review. United States

Amazon Web Services serves models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI. Google serves its own model. Amazon Web Services and Google are the companies that receive repository content on the default path. Cerebe does not state that a model author also receives that content. That depends on the cloud's setting, and Cerebe does not publish that setting as settled.

On the roster, not the default path

An installation can be given a different panel. These companies are on that roster and are not on the default path.
