Terms

These terms are between you and Cerebe LLC. Using the site, installing the GitHub App, or creating an account accepts them.

The service

Cerebe reviews pull requests and posts one check, cerebe/critic. The security page lists the permissions the App is granted, and what the check does when a review cannot finish.

Your code

You need the rights to the repositories you connect. Cerebe does not take ownership of that code.

The record

Verdicts are signed and independently verifiable. A verdict is the review record. It is not a promise that the code has no defect.

Price

The prices, and what a plan includes, are on the pricing page. This page does not restate them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to attack the service, another customer, or the check.

Availability

The service runs as it is operated. Cerebe does not promise that a review will finish. The security page is the account of the check in that case.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Cerebe is not liable for lost profits or other indirect damages, and is not liable for a defect in code the service reviewed.

Law and notices

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

A later revision replaces this page. The date above is the revision. Continuing to use the service after that revision accepts it.
